The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Made-to-order pieces are subject to our refund and return policy as stated above.
"Made-to-order" pieces are items that are not readily available for immediate shipment. For most pieces we make a model that we photograph and list on the website. That means that often we only have one piece in stock at the most. When you order, I make the piece specifically for you. The production time for made-to-order pieces typically ranges from 2 to 4 weeks, and you can find the exact production time for each product by selecting the shipping option on my website.
RETURN POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days upon the receipt of shipment to set up a return. You must contact us first to set up a return.
You must ship the jewelry piece(s) within 14 days of delivery.
Please note that all bespoke and personalized pieces are final sale AND can not be returned!
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless an error has been made. All returned merchandise must be sent back in its original condition.
All returned items must be sent back with with insurance for the full amount of the merchandise and with a traceable shipping method.
We are not responsible for lost packages and have the right to deny credit if the returned merchandise does not meet our requirements.
